Control Room +91 00000 00000Since 2013, SwiftRoute has grown from a single surface corridor into a national network of hubs, warehouses and delivery routes — with the scan discipline to prove where everything is.
Company Story
SwiftRoute started with one lane and four vehicles. The founding idea was unglamorous: publish a transit time you can actually hold, then scan the consignment often enough to prove it.
That discipline shaped everything since. Hubs were opened where lane data said volume was consolidating, not where an office was convenient. Warehousing was added because customers kept asking us to hold stock closer to demand. Last mile followed because the final leg was where promises were being lost.

“A date you cannot hold is not a service. It is an apology scheduled in advance.”
Founder, SwiftRoute Logistics — sample quote

To move our customers’ goods on dates they can plan around, with enough visibility that nobody has to phone anyone to find out where something is.
To be the operator Indian businesses call when the shipment actually matters — trusted for an honest answer on feasibility before a commercial one on price.
Network
Seven primary hubs carry sortation and line-haul; eleven spokes and transit points feed them. Coverage, corridors and transit norms are published per lane rather than promised in general.
Operations
Contracted base capacity per corridor with a vetted partner fleet reserved for surge.
Ambient, temperature-controlled and bonded storage across eleven sites.
Daily route builds, rider applications and digital proof at every handover.
Driver hours, load limits and vehicle checks audited on every trip.
Round-the-clock exception desk with an agreed escalation matrix per account.
LR, e-way bill, POD and monthly reconciliation retained per consignment.
Technology
Milestone and GPS events surfaced on one timeline per consignment.
Daily route builds across drop density, vehicle capacity and time windows.
Signature, photograph and geo-stamp captured at handover.
Lane cost, transit variance and exception reasons by month.
Live stock position, ageing and dispatch readiness per SKU.
Consignee alerts on dispatch, out-for-delivery and exception.
