Quotations and pricing

All prices displayed on this website are indicative sample prices, quoted per person on twin-sharing basis, and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation and is subject to availability, currency movement and applicable taxes at the time of confirmation.

Payments

A part payment is required to confirm a booking; the balance is due before the dates specified in your quotation. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received and written confirmation is issued.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the supplier terms applicable to your booking and are set out in your written quotation before any payment is taken. Airline, cruise and non-refundable hotel rates may carry 100% cancellation charges.

Passports, visas and health

It is the traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport, obtain the correct visas and meet any health requirements. We assist with documentation but cannot influence the decision of a consulate or immigration authority.

Liability

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport operators and activity providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, loss or injury caused by these suppliers or by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, strikes and government restrictions. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
