Working with Nexora
Process, timelines, ownership and pricing — the ground rules of an engagement.
Every engagement runs through discovery, strategy, design, development, testing, deployment and support. Development happens in two-week iterations, each ending with a working demo and a review of scope and priorities.
A focused web application typically takes eight to sixteen weeks. Larger platform builds and multi-system integrations usually run four to nine months. We give an indicative range after discovery and refine it once the architecture is agreed.
Yes. We offer support retainers covering bug fixes, security patching, dependency upgrades, monitoring and new feature development, with defined response and resolution targets.
Yes. For early-stage products we scope a lean first release focused on validating the core workflow, then expand once there is evidence of usage.
We provide cloud assessment, migration, infrastructure-as-code environment builds and ongoing managed operations across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
Yes. Integration with ERP, CRM, POS, payment gateways, logistics providers and internal legacy systems is a routine part of our work. We start with an integration audit to confirm available interfaces.

You do. On completion of the agreed payment schedule, full source code, documentation and deployment assets are transferred to you.
Fixed-scope projects are quoted after discovery. Longer or evolving programmes are usually run on a dedicated-team model with a monthly rate. Both are documented before work begins.
Service-specific questions
One common question from each Nexora Technologies practice.
Yes. We start with a structured code and infrastructure audit, document the findings, and agree a stabilisation plan before adding new features.
Yes. We can redesign and re-platform an existing site while preserving URLs, search equity and existing content.
Cross-platform suits most business applications and content-driven products. Native is the better choice for heavy graphics, advanced device APIs or strict platform-specific interaction requirements.
Most workloads can be migrated with little or no downtime using phased cut-over, data replication and traffic shifting. We confirm the approach during assessment.
We perform application and infrastructure security assessments including manual testing. For formal certification-grade penetration tests we work alongside accredited partners.
No. We can deliver the initial use cases end to end, and optionally train your team to take ownership afterwards.
Yes. We build the underlying data model and connect it to whichever BI tool your team already uses.
A focused assessment typically runs two to four weeks depending on the number of systems and stakeholders involved.
